✅ What This Warranty Does Cover

This warranty protects you against any manufacturer defects, including:

  • Internal feeding mechanism issues
  • Camera or microphone malfunction
  • Wi-Fi connectivity failure
  • Sensor issues (jam sensor, food level sensor, etc.)
  • Electrical or power problems
  • Structural defects not caused by misuse

If the product stops working properly due to a defect, we will send a free replacement unit.

❌ What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage from drops, pets chewing the unit, or misuse
  • Water damage
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting function
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from incorrect power use
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

📦 How Replacement Works

If your feeder develops a warranty-covered issue:

  2. Include your order number
  3. Describe the issue briefly
  4. Attach a short video or photo
  5. Our team will verify the defect

Once confirmed, we will ship a replacement unit at no cost to you.
