At PetLumina, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every PetLumina TrailTag™ is protected by a Lifetime Warranty from the date it is delivered to you.

Our goal is simple: peace of mind for you, and consistent care for your pet.

What This Warranty Does Cover

This warranty protects you against any manufacturer defects, including:

  • Internal feeding mechanism issues
  • Camera or microphone malfunction
  • Wi-Fi connectivity failure
  • Sensor issues (jam sensor, food level sensor, etc.)
  • Electrical or power problems
  • Structural defects not caused by misuse

If the product stops working properly due to a defect, we will send a free replacement unit.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage from drops, pets chewing the unit, or misuse
  • Water damage
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting function
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from incorrect power use
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How Replacement Works

If your feeder develops a warranty-covered issue:

  1. Email us at petlumina.team@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Describe the issue briefly
  4. Attach a short video or photo
  5. Our team will verify the defect

Once confirmed, we will ship a replacement unit at no cost to you.

No returns, no restocking fees, no hassles.

Warranty Duration

Your PetLumina SmartFeeder™ is covered for:

365 days (1 full year) starting from the date your order is marked as delivered.
