1. Overview

This website is operated by PetLumina. By visiting our site and / or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related policies.

2. Use of Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this site. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to violate intellectual-property rights.

3. Products & Orders

  • Product images and descriptions are for illustration and may vary slightly due to lighting or manufacturing updates.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, fulfilment begins and cancellation is not guaranteed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for fraud or policy violations.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 8–10 business days across the US. PetLumina ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – no extra customs fees apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms. We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery only. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on PetLumina.com – including logos, product photos, and text – is owned by PetLumina and protected by copyright and trademark law. Reproduction or unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

PetLumina is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or site. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PetLumina harmless from any claims or demands arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or rights of a third party.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from purchases or use of our website shall be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree that any legal proceedings must be brought in Queensland courts. This clause protects PetLumina from foreign jurisdiction claims and complies with Shopify and PayPal Seller Protection.

11. Changes to Terms

PetLumina may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
